Planning drawings:
Prepared Planning drawings which in include existing/proposed floor plans, elevations, location map, site plan, outline specification, Planning applications, Permitted development certificates, form filling and liaison with Planning Dept.
Detailed drawings:
We will prepare detailed drawings which include Floor plans, large scale details, cross section, Location plan and a specification detailing building works. There will be enough information on the drawings to submit a building regulation application. The service also includes correspondence with the Local Authority Building Control, form filling and queries.
